New Monument for the Szczuczyn Jewish Cemetery
A monument in the Jewish cemetery of Szczuczyn was replaced, correcting disinformation placed on the previous version. The new monument’s content was produced by findings from FODŻ, descendants of the Jewish community, the Podlaskie Voivodeship Office, the Institute of National Remembrance, and the Rabbinical Commission for Jewish Cemeteries in Poland. Help us mark the Klimontów Jewish Cemetery
FJHP is initiating a new project in cooperation with FODŻ and led by an Israeli descendant of the Jewish community of Klimontów, Poland. We are working towards the installation of a monument and an informational signboard at the site of the town’s Jewish cemetery, in which over 4,000 burials took place. Marking the Ciechanów Jewish Cemetery
The FODŻ-owned Jewish cemetery of Ciechanów has now been marked out. In recent months sandstone markers with the Star of David and the inscription "Jewish Cemetery" in Hebrew, Polish, and English were placed around the cemetery perimeter.
